Yes, we offer customized packages according to your preferences. We can tailor our experiences to suit your interests, group size, and budget. You can also choose to stay at our eco-village and participate in a variety of activities during your stay.
What kind of food is served at Sagg Eco Village?
The Village Cafe serves fresh, delicious and healthy foods based on natural and local ingredients and traditional recipes. So the preparation time is longer than what it takes in a typical restaurant. Our standard meals are Kashmir style - 1 veg, 1 Non-veg, Rice or Roti, Pickle and Salad. Kashmiri Wazwan or other items and parties including specialities like BBQs, Desi Chicken Meals or Live Lamb Roasts can be organised on sufficient advance booking. We are also able to serve delicious and healthy Vegan and Jain foods.
Do you provide accommodation as part of the experience package?
Yes, we provide accommodation as part of our experience packages. We have a range of accommodation options, from traditional mud huts to tents and cozy dormitories depending on your preferences.

Our cultural experiences include visits to local villages, interaction with locals, traditional meals, and cultural performances. We also offer workshops on traditional crafts such as farming, grass mat weaving, pottery, and embroidery. You can also undertake cultural walks and shepherd trail treks, or engage in bird-watching and eco-therapy. These experiences are designed to help you immerse yourself in the local culture and learn about the customs and traditions of the people of Kashmir.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy starts with zero and varies depending on the package you choose. However, we offer flexible cancellation policies to ensure that our guests have peace of mind when booking with us. Typically, cancellations before 15 days and date changes before 7 days will not be charged. Cancellations before seven days will be charged 25% plus any fees involved and cancellations before 48 hours will be charged 50% plus any fees involved.
What is the best time of year to visit Kashmir for these experiences?
The best time to visit Kashmir for these experiences is from March to November. However, the winter months are also a great time to visit and witness snow fall and see how the locals cope with the restrictions that heavy accumulation of snow brings. We can also arrange snow related activities like skiing, snowboarding and sledging. We recommend checking the weather conditions before booking your experience.
What is the policy with regards to children?
We have several children specific programs and services. Typically all our services, spaces, products and programs are inclusive, children friendly and considerate of all age groups. Typically, children below two years are not charged, between two to seven years get a discount of 50% on food and stay.
